What you need


  • Mark from one vanilla pod
  • 500 ml cream
  • 3 tablesspoons suger
  • 3 leaves white gelatine
  • 80 g white chocolate
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…



  • Small glasses
  • Suger
  • Maple syrup


  1. For the cream, soak the galatine in cold water.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod lenghtwise ans scrape aut the pith.
  3. Bring the vanilla pulp, vanilla pod, suger and creme to the boil in a saucepan.
  4. Simmer for a further 5 minutes
  5. Squeeze out the gelatine well.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and dissolve the gelatine in the cream mixture.
  7. Melt the white and dark chocolate seperately.
  8. Divide the cream mixture into 2 parts and stir in the chocolate, 1 light and 1 dark.
  9. Rinse the jars with cold water or spray with separating fat spray, fill with the cream and leave to cool.
  10. Place the cooled cream in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  11. For sthe strawberry sauce, bring the strawberies to the boil with a little suger and maply syrup and purée.
  12. After the cooling time, serve the panna cotta with the berries and strawberry sauce.
