BLACK AND WHITE PANNA COTTA

What you need
INGREDIENTS
- Mark from one vanilla pod
- 500 ml cream
- 3 tablesspoons suger
- 3 leaves white gelatine
- 80 g white chocolate
- 80 g dark chocolate
- Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries…
also
- Small glasses
- Suger
- Maple syrup
PREPARATION
- For the cream, soak the galatine in cold water.
- Cut the vanilla pod lenghtwise ans scrape aut the pith.
- Bring the vanilla pulp, vanilla pod, suger and creme to the boil in a saucepan.
- Simmer for a further 5 minutes
- Squeeze out the gelatine well.
- Remove the pan from the heat and dissolve the gelatine in the cream mixture.
- Melt the white and dark chocolate seperately.
- Divide the cream mixture into 2 parts and stir in the chocolate, 1 light and 1 dark.
- Rinse the jars with cold water or spray with separating fat spray, fill with the cream and leave to cool.
- Place the cooled cream in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- For sthe strawberry sauce, bring the strawberies to the boil with a little suger and maply syrup and purée.
- After the cooling time, serve the panna cotta with the berries and strawberry sauce.
