In this workshop you will learn how to make authentic Austrian apple strudel – from preparing the perfect dough, different ideas for fillings, how to roll the strudel, and how to bake it. You’ll prepare your own strudel and can take it home with you.
While the dough is resting, we invite you on an exclusive tour of our ceramics manufactory. You’ll have the unique opportunity to flame your own ceramic plate using the traditional flaming technique. After the firing process, we’ll send the finished plate to your home.
After all the strudeling we will have a taste of Apfelstrudel with a cup of coffee. There will be plenty of time to answer questions.
